We had a nightmare sewage backup and Drain Works coordinated everything lightning quick and our front yard and steps were returned back to normal in less than two days. and they even saved our tree! Knowledgeable, friendly, patient - they took the time to respond to our questions and walked us through different options and scenarios - and most importantly, super responsive and fast. Definitely recommend and will be calling them in when we get to renovating our basement kitchen and bath.

Jim Farr and the Drainworks team were awesome! We were experiencing sewer drain blockage. They quickly identified the issues, scheduled a time and had a crew digging and repair the problem sewer drain line in no time. Professional, attentive, friendly. Honestly a joy to deal with. Other companies should take a page out of Drainworks!
This is the second time DrainWorks Plumbing fixes something at our place. Great quality of work and service. Staff on the phone and plumbers are really nice and professional. Cost are given upfront, plumbers are very knowledgeable. Very satisfied! I hope I won't have any other problems, but if this happens, I will call them again!

Fast response and highly professional, friendly service. They fixed a nightmare of leakage caused by another company in our bathroom, and today I had them come and replace a troublesome exterior hose connection and interior shut-off valve. Recommended.
