I have taken 4 devices here. Very liable, professional and courteous. Great prices. An important service for a contemporary family. My latest was a battery replacement for my kid's iPhone and iPad button repair. Paramjit is easy to deal with and is a very dependable technician. This has become our go to repair shop.

Sought out their services for a screen replacement. The screen replacement went well but when I went to pick up my phone, the technician informed me that the 'selfie mode' camera was now blurry (when it arrived in perfect condition). As a result, he gave me a 15% discount for the inconvenience then requested I come back another day to have the camera fixed - free of charge. When I went to pick up my phone (2nd time) the camera looked good in the store but after a couple of days, it's now blurry again. The trust has been lost. No issues with the customer service but I'll be going to another repair facility for the fact stated above. One problem was solved and another inherited.

CHEAP CHINA PARTS. STAY AWAY. Bought a back for a Samsung phone AND a case. Within 2 weeks back was broken, even with the case on it. We went back and explained the damage happened from a very small fall. The guy in the turban did not care. He said physical damage is not covered? So what is covered? They use cheap replacement parts and won't fix or admit it. Avoid. Big scam. BTW the Samsung back had Galaxy S10 plus, NOT original. Maybe 5.00 from China. Very bad, and cheap - you always get what you pay for. Save the headache and go somewhere else.
