I love coming to this CBI location! I've been coming for years since a car accident and for sporting injuries, and everyone here is very caring and kind. I especially love Sherry, the main physiotherapist. She's excellent and very thorough. The ladies at the front desk are lovely as well, all smiles and nice conversations. I highly recommend coming here! My only suggestion is that, if you're able, park at one of the close by Green P parking lots and walk in because they're much cheaper then the building's underground parking lot, which is as expensive as Pearson airport and has the same timing limitations.

The CBI clinic was recommended by my insurance company for a neck issue I had after a car accident. I had 11 treatments that did nothing for my issue. I was never asked for a payment during those visits. About 8 months after treatment stopped I received an email asking for over 800.00. I was shocked because I assumed payments had been made by my insurance companies. I calculated using the insurance company reimbursements and arrived at app. 600.00 and made that payment with an explanation. I heard nothing from CBI. Now, almost 2 years after treatment they sent an email again requesting over 200.00 with no explanation. Finally the next day they sent a treatment record where the different amounts than those shown by my insurance company appeared. I felt harassed by them, they insinuated that I was not paying my bills. I do not pay without an invoice. That's standard accounting practice. I might add that my neck issue persisted and I went to another physiotherapy clinic where I went for 5 visits once a week, not twice, and my neck issue has been resolved. The treatment at the new clinic was highly professional and organized, after each visit I received an invoice and paid it. They used a computer program that worked like a charm with appointment reminders and payment receipts. Clearly CBI has issues and I do not recommend them.

I went to Dr. Soubhagya Gupta at CBI Health Centre - Etobicoke Islington for my lower back muscle spasm treatment, and I found her to be extremely knowledgable, calm and patient with me. She was very well-equipped to deal with my situation, and I found myself being a lot more mobile the very next day after my first appointment with her.
