This is the best call centre that I ever had the privilege of dealing with. World class service, little to no waiting time, and extremely friendly and polite staff! Would definitely recommend this service to any company as I am greatly pleased with their amazing work. 10/10!

We've been with CCS since 2011 after trying some other services. We are extremely happy with the service. Kim is right on the ball and is hands on for any issues that may arise. We are very thankful for the staff for doing such a good job.

As a small contractor, I am seldom in the office and answering calls just eats too much time into my day. We have been with the service for over 20 years and have always dealt with Kim for anything we needed. She has always been there for us. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
