I am a previous employee of Browns Line Donuts. I was reading previous reviews and wanted to clear some things up. The donuts are the only good thing about this place, and that is because they are NOT made in house – they are delivered fresh every morning. The food is absolutely not made by a caring human, and I don’t know how they pass health inspections quite frankly. One of the many horror stories I have from my time here include when I was in the kitchen assisting the owner in cooking a customer breakfast. He was flipping their eggs and dropped them on the (extremely dirty) floor. I wish I was kidding when I say that he scooped them back off the floor and proceeded to serve them to a customer. When sandwiches in the display case had been sitting too long, the owner would deep fry them to get a few more days out of them. God only knows how long items had been sitting in the fridge. We even had to share tips with the owners, regardless of if they were actually helping out or just watching the staff on the many security cameras. I have many more stories, but I think you get the gist. Beware

Working around the corner and needed to take a break. Stopped here for a lunch. Great spot for coffee or tea. The prices are reasonable and the food taste great. They also serve bacon and eggs.
Brownsline donuts is the last of a dying breed. A mom and pop coffee shop. I really can't say a single bad thing about this place. They make their donuts themselves and are DELICIOUS! The apple fritters are enormous. Their food is cooked and prepared by a human that cares about the final product. Everything I've ever eaten here tasted and felt the same as if my mother made it for me. Their prices are beyond reasonable and their staff is friendly as it gets. They will also prepare donuts fresh for you if you call in advance.
All day breakfast, little or no salt in their food - bonus! Reasonably priced. Friendly staff and oh, coffee is great!
This coffee shop makes the best home brewed coffee in South Etobicoke. Nobody can come close and it is inexpensive.
