Fantastic customer service! They went above and beyond when I had an issue with a delivery (courier's fault, not theirs). I won't hesitate to buy from them again the next time I upgrade my flight sim setup.
The customer service is great. I called to resolve an issue, despite the Boxing Week rush, they took their time to patiently help me. They are also the only Canadian retailer I know that sells NG Models. Overall, the prices and shipping fees are very good. I can find all the models I'm shopping for on their website. Though I think the query/search tools can have an option where I can filter out items that are regular priced VS the ones that are on sale.
Love the gear from them. Friendly and knowledgable staff.
