What an awful company, horrible customer service and very unreliable. They do not do as they say, wouldn’t even tell me where my car was located for days, I would call and no one would answer. I would suggest to anyone even thinking about using this company for transport of a vehicle to look else where, this company is a joke and a nightmare to deal with. Definitely not worth your time and stress. I would rate this -1000 stars if I could.

I just get my car from Alberta to Toronto in one week. Very fast reliable shipping company. I read a lot of complaints and rumors online. But I'm telling you guys. Andrejs company is the fastest and the best rate I can find in the market. They are helpful and friendly. I don't understand those who's hurting a good company's reputation. If someone's gonna say this is a fake review. I highly recommend you come to their office and see what kind of work they are dealing with and how cheap the rate is compares to the work.

NEVER ship with this company. Its not worth your stress. Delivery date is changed every week. Never replies to texts or phone calls. Voice mail box is full. Been waiting for half a day for the car to show up in Calgary. Now I'm told it *might* be here by the end of the day. Company is an absolute joke! I repeat. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

The incredible lack of communication led us to believe our car was stolen. We filed a stolen vehicle claim with the RCMP, Consumer Investigations Alberta also has an open investigation into this business and contacted us for our report, we were not the only people to file a stolen vehicle claim against the company. They CANNOT guarantee their delivery times as they do not have their own transport, they hire third parties and they cannot be held to the delivery time expectations of this company. They are basically a broker for moving cars. Our vehicle was suppose to have left Alberta on August 14, delivery time guaranteed 12-14 days, well on day 15 no car, day 18 RCMP called, day 19 told the car would be arriving the following day, day 26 still no car, day 27 with pressure from the RCMP, Consumer investigations, threat of a civil suit, threat to call CBC and everyone we know calling them because they were screen our calls, we finally got the car on day 28. You do not need this kind of stress in your life. Please, do not use this company.

At first I was very hesitant to use this company to ship my vehicle from Toronto to Edmonton due to the bad reviews I saw, but to my surprise it was very simple. My car arrived on time. I love that you don't have to pay until your vehicle actually reaches the destination, not many companies do that. Thank you Automoves for transporting my SUV! I will certainly use you guys again in the future.
