Heard about A-1 from friends who said this place was very professional. I phoned in to ask for an estimate on a potential flue liner and spoke to Elwin who was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to fully understand my situation and it turned out that I don't even need their services! That's honesty and you can bet that when I do need chimney services that I'll go with A-1.

I would give more stars if I could lol Absolutely amazing company from start to finish, and my partner was super impressed with the quality of the work (I dealt with them through most of the process). Even though they were very busy, they still got us in pretty quickly. They have incredibly knowledgeable and helpful staff that answer your questions honestly and to the point. Even gave us a recommendation for a firewood place that ended up also being amazing. Will absolutely be using then again.
Excellent Customer Service After a first chimney inspection, I was still having concerns. They readily sent one of their most experienced inspector at no additional fees. Owen was knowledgable, he answered my questions, he identified issues and gave me a balanced assessment of the condition of my old chimney. I would use them again.
As relatively new homeowners, we had no idea what a WETT inspection was or why it was requested by our insurance company. We could not have been in more qualified, trusting hands than Owen. He was on time, knowledgeable, and truly emulated the value of doing something properly vs. quickly.
This company is amazing!!! So professional from the time you call to book service to the time the job is completed. Our technician Ryan, arrived on time, super friendly and informative about our questions. Job was efficient, reasonably priced and no mess what so ever. Was shocked how clean Ryan kept things. Will definitely use them again and again.
