The Staff here are great! They will make personal accommodations to help everyone who communicates what they need! They have the online auction process down to a fine art! It was so simple and quick to empty out my Dad's house. Don't hesitate to use their services if you want professionals to take over and do all the hard work. Thank you again! Karen

I felt terribly pressured and coerced into proceeding with a sale. I was wronged and misled and misrepresentation was also used. I was ripped off an extremely large amount of items; many valuable and sentimental, so many possessions gone, along with losing money).
Very positive experience selling with this company but Cassy seems to be too busy to communicate final details of sale. Happy to up my rating, revise this review and do a complete positive review when Cassy finds time to communicate with me.
If you are thinking of going with Niagara Estate Sales think again. This business and person cannot be trusted.
Cassy is a wonderful person, she is honest and trustworthy, she will go out of her way to help you and give you all the knowledge that you need to know. I would recommend Estate Sales Niagara for sure.
