Excellent service. I've been to many branches and have received the same great experience. The kids play area and free coffee make this place very inviting. With couches, TV, newspapers, etc, even you have to wait, who cares? Though I've never had to wait for service. Good value for the products they offer. I've been with them for years now, and haven't had a bad experience yet.

I used to like the credit union experience but this one has taken up the same thinking as the big banks - fess, fees and more fees! Especially at the ATM. They limit the amount of money I can withdraw at one time forcing me to do multiple withdrawals thereby paying more fees. Won't be banking here.
