I had this company replace all my windows and doors. What exceptional service I was given by them. The quotes were the best, service was over and above and I will definately recommend them to my family and friends. Love their office ladies ,Danielle and Shayla!

I bought a window from this company the window itself cost 1591. This company gave a verbal quote of 450 to install. After they received 50% down-payment they called to inform the window had come in, at that time they gave me a new price of 5000 to install. Easy mistake they meant 500 right? No 5000. I cancelled my service with them and had a different company install the window for less then what the window cost itself. Do not trust this company and always get their quote IN WRITING. I will never support this buisness again
They ust to be a good company, had replaced all my previous homes windows and doors without issue but now they just dont care, and will say anything to get your business. Wanted to replace a man door on my garage, EJ comes to quote it, says go with a patio door will be no extra work same cost, all brick work included will even move electrical!!! I get a call from Paul asking if they can install it on a Friday, i said sure but just making sure you know the old door is 3 ft new door is 6 and requires brick work. Paul tells me no one told him about brick work, needs to change to Monday. I take monday off, total waste of time they come do nothing at all and tell me i need brick work(ok....) because new door is bigger and i need to hire an electrician! I take another day off brick guy doesnt show up and i pay an electrician 200 to move the outlets, i call them they give me the run around again and try to blame me because they have no clue what they doing. All said and done lost 200 for electrician and 2 days of work and have nothing to show for it... Im ashamed i spent over 15,000 there on my old house, will have to find a trustworthy company moving forwards to complete my side garage door.
Great from measure to install. EJ, Cathy and all their staff are exceptional. They are very professional. Installers were sure to check if we had pets to make sure they were safe before removing our front door. Site was left spotless and the fit of the doors is perfect. Best Prices, really good product (lifetime warranty - Armor Series), was installed perfectly. What else can you really ask for? Have used Great Lakes at two different houses, my friend has used, and my sister has used them. All have had good experiences.
