I had a rush trade show where I needed a display. Josip assured me I would be able to get my products when I needed them. The service was great. Very knowledgeable staff, and I was very happy with the product.
At first i was skeptical because of the other review and the fact that I had never heard of this company. But after saying to myself what would it hurt, i had received was seemed like professional customer service and the man took his time with what i wanted printed up. When i finally received my product it exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this company. Thanks

Met with Daniel on June 8th 2016 and discussed my printing requirements. He was very knowledgeable and assured me that they could meet me needs, although they were busy. Following up I was told that Daniel was not there, then there was a machine breakdown, then they were waiting for parts - and then nothing - no communication. I emailed weekly trying to get an expected completion date so that I could keep my customer informed. Needless to say my customer was very disappointed that I could not even provide a date. Essential Image was recommended to me - sadly I cannot do the same
