Great place! The staff are all really courteous, good people there. Been to lots of shops, the customer service stands out here for sure. It’s a steady location, and they’re really organized about it all.

Amazing customer service. Spectacular variety of systems, juices, flavors. Easily navigated website. Prompt delivery. My only tiny complaint is that they sell the STLTH but have very few options for the corresponding pods online (currently).
Had an issue with a vape system I got with them, they were able to resolve it withing 2 days. The store manager is wonderful to deal with and all the staff greet you with a smile. The juice prices are great and ask to see that they have on special, you get some great surprises. A great store with all the supplies you need. Will shop there again.
Truly an Incredible Vape Store. I’ve been a frequent shopper at the other big vape chains here in Downtown, but this store just had EVERYTHING. Super organized too. I was specifically looking for one device, and got told by 4 other shops that it was sold out, walked into here and they had it. Also HUGE shout out to Rita and James, they were extremely helpful and super nice.
