We had an excellent experience purchasing a used car through Ericksen. We found the car online, had our initial contact online, and then moved to going into the dealership, driving the car and making the purchase in person. Everything went smoothly, and we thoroughly enjoyed the process. We understand that dealerships make a ton of money off the extended warranty and protection packages they offer, and there was some back and forth on that, eventually reducing our price to less than half the initial amount - however we still declined all of these things and there wasn't much pressure from the dealership, which we really appreciated. We were treated very well and would absolutely shop at Ericksen again in the future.

The finance team worked hard to get me approved, my credit isn’t the best but they made it work, and fast. They make your purchase experience so easy and stress free. prices are the best in the market for Q50 used. trust me I did a TON of research all through Alberta. Could have given 5 stars if the word "detail" in detailing was taken a little more seriously. The previously owned vehicle we purchased was "detailed" prior to viewing, and looked fantastic, provided that you don't open everything and try everything. Such as, the crack between the seat back and seat bottom. Food stuck to seat, visible when you reclined the seat. Other than that, the experience was very good.
