What a pleasurable experience it was to shop at EQ3 yesterday. My husband and I were Shopping for an office chair to replace our run-down one. We had the unexpected but most kind and expert welcome and service from Jason. He took the time to show us how each chair worked. He answered all our questions and informed us how to find a good fit. If he did not know the answer, he made the effort to find the answer for us. No pressure selling either, he gave us space to talk it out privately. Thank you so much Jason. We can’t wait for the chair to arrive.

Purchased a lovely ottoman at this store. Jason (Sano) was very helpful in assisting me with the various choices, prices and fabrics.
