I love the store on Wellington. It’s centrally located, the building has an ‘artsy’ vibe. All around cool. The staff is helpful, no doubt, but I find that it’s a hit or miss with who you land on: some are much. Ore knowledgeable about the products, which could lead to a much longer visit than you’d planned for. Would have been better to direct customers to product specialists, instead of landing on someone who needs to consult on every question. That’s not intended to detract from the sales staff willingness to help, as they are indeed very helpful.

Great service by Marie. She's very knowledgeable of the company's products and always willing to help out. Nothing but courteous especially with supply chain issues due to the pandemic.
