So I had to edit my review as I didn't leave any comments. After reading some of the bad review I wanted to share my experience. The second I walked in I was greeted with the outmost politeness. I believe the guys name was Barry. Originally said I was just looking, he gave me space (this is something thats important to me,I hate being bombarded) after a few minutes(enough time to let me look around) he came and asked if he can help me. There were a few bikes that I liked and wanted more info. He (Barry) took the time to explain to me all the specs of all the ones I was looking at. I got a lot of info and I am pleased to say that I left with a smile and a ebike! Thank you so much for the outmost amazing service! I'll be back for super!!
Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Graeme the worker there talks to you very sarcastically and demeaning, as if your poor and can't even afford the products. Anyone who works here gives off a weird vibe and automatically treats you like your just "browsing". Fake people who work here. Trust me, go with a different store. (Owner "Barry Nisan" even posted his own 5 star review, wow, goes to show these 5 stars are most likely fake or posted by someone who works here.)
I cannot say enough Great things about this company. This is a very personable company. Shout out to Mike who was able to fix my tube and tire very quickly. I cannot wait to see the video of the front wheel motor tube change to be able to learn a new skill. I cannot thank this company and their team enough for what they did for me. Thank you for helping me be able to get to work safely and in a fun way.

Been to this store many times for accessories and even purchased an ebike for myself and a scooter for my son this summer. The sales people were very knowledgeable and friendly. But most of all their service really impressed me when my son damaged his scooter, the service staff took care of the repairs with minimal charge and had the scooter back to me in a couple days. Thanks Steve!
