Henley is awesome to work with and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to anodizing and polishing. He takes the time to educate, pushes jobs through when you need it in a pinch, and does not shy away from new challenges.

Don't apply there. The work conditions are deplorable and they don't even follow Covid-19 guidelines like social distancing.

Don't apply there. Especially not in the one in Mission. Henley is not as nice a person as he makes himself out to be.

Henley is a nice guy to talk to, but he will give you generic answers that anyone could verbatim back after a quick google. He cost my small family run Cnc shop close to 70 000 in scrapped parts in the last year. He was quick to put the blame on me and stated it was my method of finishing that made the parts come out speckled after annodizing It happened on more than a few occasions. I have verified that my prep of the parts before anno was perfectly fine as I’ve had parts successfully annodized by the other bigger shops in the lower mainland with great results If your in business and often have parts annodized then you know there’s a ton of variables and things can go wrong In the end, I just couldn’t risk further losses with using Epic/ Henley as a reliable vendor If he tells you all about why he such a great annodizer..... then why does he keep ruining my parts!!
