Surprised no one has reviewed them yet. I don't post reviews very often but really good or really bad experiences are deserving of it. This was a really good experience. Great rate on the truck, super friendly likeable guy as well. Being foolish long story short we overfilled on gas and they refunded the extra gas. My only suggestion on room for improvement is having even the large trucks on a full tank to prevent a reoccurnace. Overall 5/5 I plan on using their services again.

Horrible experience!! Only went to them because I had to due to my own vehicle breaking down. I needed to trade the car that I was given from a different location for a truck as I need it for my business. The \gentleman\ behind the counter accused me of smoking in the car, even went so far as to say he saw ashes but couldn't tell me exactly where. I haven't smoked in 10 years!! This guy stereotyped me as someone just looking for an upgrade!! Wish I could have left his name here but funny thing... they wouldn't give it to me!! I have nothing but nice things to say about the Cambridge location but this one sucks! Thanks for making a bad experience worse...
