When deciding on a company to purchase our modular home with, we spoke with two friends. One did not have a good experience with a company elsewhere in Canada, and the other friend advised us about their excellent experience with Blackstone Homes Triple M Housing. He connected us with Erin King Poirier, and as new home buyers we were very hesitant about all of our decisions. Erin was always easy to get in contact with, fast on response time, made sure we were making the best decisions for the environment we are living in, and would always try to accommodate my family’s needs to the best of her ability. We were never once disappointed. Six months later, my family and I moved into our new home and everything is exactly as we had hoped for, and we are extremely satisfied with how quick and efficient Erin and her team are. We would score Blackstone Homes with a 10/10 on their support in decision making, communication, knowledge and quality of information, as well as, quality of their work, services provided, our personal request, their honesty, and their trustworthiness.
