Just called to inform about a Power Outage in the area; I can understand the company might be bombarded with the calls, but the tone of the phone receiver was not appropriate at all! You do not behave unprofessional with your customers.. When I suggested that why don't they update on the outage on their Twitter/Social media handles, I got another tone as if she was trying to say @shutup and we do not want you to teach us! Really need them to work on efficient customer service.

heartless company whose main goal is to make the share holders rich on the backs of struggling poor people. lousy customer service, website provides \scoring\ for customers, since it's a monopoly they'll stay lousy with no motivation to improve.
Terrible customer service and company in general. We moved and I had to call over 6x to get my new bill for the new house. Every interaction I have had has been painful - even something as simple as changing the phone number on file has been a nightmare experience.
Entegrus operates in a manner that is unethical, unprofessional, and often times illegal. They make written Conditions of Service agreements which customers are expected to follow however they themselves violate the terms of the agreement constantly. They lie openly to the Ontario Energy Board (their regulatory body), steal from customers, and refuse to respond in any way to valid customer concerns.
I dont like them cause when u try and ask questions they put u down and 100% say your wrong. They estimate your bill.it charge u for more the 30 days. I could go on with complaints but what good would.it do.they wont do nothing for ya
