Exceptional advice and service. Kurtis not only knows the products, he is passionate about them and was able to recommend the best shower head for someone with sensory processing issues. My child actually enjoyed the bath once we found the correct shower head. Thank you Kurtis for making that happen. I will be back when it's time for some upgrades for sure.

I have been doing extensive renovations to our kitchen and several bathrooms over the last year. I spent a considerable amount of time initially searching out various suppliers for kitchen/bathroom fixtures. I discovered The Ensuite and looked no further. I have purchased everything there. The showroom is beautifully laid out and well organized by brand, and the products are of excellent quality. The staff are friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Braden provided great assistance with all decisions, and clearly has exceptional product knowledge as well as a great eye for design. I am delighted with every item we have purchased at The Ensuite.

Nice showroom and extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Kurtis helped us with choices and was patient with order changes for our complete home reno. Even after the wrong taps, that we did order by mistake, had been installed, he found a way to get replacements at no charge. Thanks to The Ensuite for excellent service!

Staff were helpful with everything! They would call back promptly. I was annoyed that they charged HST on the restocking fee. It is neither a good or a service so HST shouldn't be charged.
