Lisa was absolutely phenomenal! During a tough time in our world and even a tough time with loosing our gramma.... Lisa was quick to respond and assisted me in finding exactly what I wanted for my nani (grandma's) funeral. She was professional and prompt. I'm writing from Calgary Alberta as I could not make it to the funeral in BC. She made everything simple and streamlined. We need more shops and people like Lisa.
