What a great class! We just finished our first season for our 5 year old son. He loved every class and has learned a lot more that expected. Master Serge is a great teacher, model and leader. He was great with the kids, and gained their attention and respect instantly. We are signing our son up for another class, without hesitation. Thanks Serge!

Master Serge is the best all-round instructor I've seen until now in my professional and personal life. He leads his students by example. I noticed a remarkable change in my son's behavior in just one lesson , and I know what I'm talking about. My son's enjoys any single lesson and he is always excited when approaches the next class. The Master knows his student very well and he also has an approach which matches my son's personally. Mr Serge is a God's gift in my son's life. Mr Serge is also delight to work with me as a parent. We were looking for a class where our sons could learn some martial arts to enhance their physical and mental ability. After learning about about Energy Martial Arts, we were so impressed at how quickly Master Serge and his assistant was able to teach them so many different kicks, stances, blocks, and punches. 10/10!
I wanted my 2 sons to enrich their physical and mental attributes to able to face the many troubles of the world. We finally came by Energy Martial Arts. I had heard that Martial arts increased those aspects. Every class, when they come home they talk about what they did. The teachers really make the students energized and ready for practice. 10/10!
Our son grew alot in a matter of weeks. Despite being nervous the 1st class, he now loves it and is gaining confidence, patience and focus. We are looking forward to him to gaining more spice :) Thanks, Master Serge!
We have just concluded our first round of Panda classes in the Cranston Community Center. When we enrolled our 5yo son, our goal was to try something new and hopefully find an outlet for all that little boy energy! What we experienced was this, and so much more. Not only were the classes a fun way to learn about the physical moves, but Serge helped teach about the importance of good character – self-awareness, and self-discipline. My son was sad that classes were done, but is already asking when he can go back and learn more. To Serge, his team, and those who helped make the Cranston classes possible – a huge thank you! My Son has been enrolled since February. Master Serge, and his junior instructors do an amazing job! David loves attending twice per week!!
