A big thank you to Mike, Debbie, Kevin & associate for a job well done on our Velux window. Skeptical at first, only because of the problems we had in the past with other contractors & poor jobs. Not this time, no complaints here! Guys did a wonderful job from start to finish, very professional & polite. We are already having Mike quote another job for us in the near future. Provides a quote and Mike was very nice till he got the job. We agreed despite their quote being one of the highest but after starting the work We got a call from his office (Supposedly his wife)stating that the wood was rotten and needs replaced. Mike was not available to talk and did not pick our many calls. The workers changed a few sheets and charged us a full fee of 5000.00 which was the maximum under fine prints. Could not hold off since we were worried of rains and bad weather. Please please please do a favor to yourself. Ask him to estimate for all probables although he had climbed our roof twice and checked everything from inside. Never mentioned of rotten wood once.

They stated they were very busy and could not give me an estimate for a couple weeks. I called them back after over 3 weeks. They informed me they made a mistake and missed it and it would take another 3 weeks to look at it.
