Frank M was amazing. checked out our water heater, answered so many questions for us and explained everything in terms we could understand. gave us great advise and thing to watch out for. I would recommend him to anyone and would request him next time we have an issue.

Quality of installation has been noticed by many !! Would recommend these 2 guys if you like things done right the first time.
I called Enercare yesterday morning. I didn't have any hot water I was told a service person would be at my home between 2 & 6 PM. A very polite & knowledgeable young man who was wearing a mask showed up about 2:15 PM. He put booties over his shoes. Within 5 minutes he diagnosed the problem & replaced the broken part. What a nice experience!
Enercare is one of a kind provider, I have a service agreement with them over 17 years, they installed our heating and air conditioning system , I signed up the service agreement day one, they come twice every year to maintain the A/C in the summer and the Furnace in the winter. I also have plumbing, Electrical service agreement. Whenever I need Enercare, they are for us 24/7. I recommend Enercare for anyone looking for the peace of mind.
Michael Methbbart and Jordan arrived early, were knowledgeable, and were very communicative regarding the process of the furnace installation. They were very courteous, polite, friendly, and finished the job from early morning to early afternoon the day after booking. Very professional young men hired by Enercare.
