I did not buy my door from Dave but he still took the time to review a video and pictures to assess where my builder had made an error in installing my patio door. Very professional work. Work was done on time and as described. The windows are gorgeous! Would definitely recommend Encore!
Encore Windows and Doors is the best. We have had many contractors work on our home over the years...but we feel the need to go out of our way and credit Encore for an amazing job! Our sales rep Michael was very informative. He was able to assess our needs and meet every single one of them. The installation crew was polite and respectful. We have a small child with severe health issues, but Encore was able to work around our unique schedule to get the job done; it was done on time. The installers cleaned up after themselves. The windows look great and we already notice the savings on our energy bill. Thank you Encore! Ask for Michael, he'll help you out!
