You simply need to go here for your next pair of glasses! I have been to many optical places and most of the service was acceptable, but Here, their customer CARE is on a higher level than any other optical place I've been to! I am on a very limited Budget and my coverage is considered not the best, but they worked within the budget and I walked out with only having to pay a minimal fee to cover the extras that I MUST have in order to see properly. I haven't paid that little for a pair of Eyeglasses since I was fresh out of college! I recommend this place to EVERYONE because he is intent on making sure you have an excellent pair of glasses at a incredibly reasonable price, and the customer Care is Fantastic, they really make you feel like you are important and need to be treated respectfully! Talk to Minh, He's the Man who'll set you up with the glasses you want!

I’ve dealt with LensCrafters for several years and being hugely disappointed with them my friend suggested Encore! From the second I walked in the store the customer service was phenomenal I have never been made to feel as good as I did here! The quality of lenses and selection of frames was very impressive.
