My wife and I are retired seniors who have had the good fortune to have been able to travel the world so we are well versed in travel customer service. This year we stayed in Canada because of COVID and booked a condo in Victoria, BC, for three months, through EMR Vacation Rentals. We have never experience the high level of service that this company provides. They assist you in booking, with your online payment, and meet you in person on your arrival to show you in and explain the property. We were very happy with our stay at Heron View Cottage. The house was very well outfitted, lots of room, very clean and an overall beautiful home with s lovely view. We have recommended it to others already and will definitely stay here again when we are in the area. We are well-travelled and have stayed in many places...and this has been one of our favourites.
The company certainly put their priority on customer service, whether you be the owner of a property they are taking care of or the guest wanting to make a reservation. The EMR team strive to provide all round high quality service and are always easy to reach and discuss matters with. If you are wanting a reliable company to look after a property you wish to earn extra income with then I highly recommend the EMR family. You couldn't be in better hands.

I've been using EMR for many years, and from time to time issues come up as expected, but it's how the company handles these problems that's important. I've always been able to reach someone and when I do, they've been super professional and easy to deal with. Their friendly attitude and timely responses are always appreciated.
