Aga is amazing and prompt with her responses and assistance. She is easy to talk with and provides updated information and answer questions regarding our travel plans and provide recommendations. During this time, we had to cancel our cruise and travel plans, she worked with us continuously until we got our refunds. Would definitely recommend Empire Travel, our Travel Agent.

Aga was extremely helpful when we had to fly to Europe unexpectedly for a death in the family. She managed to find reduced rate flights for us although most were already fully booked when we checked ourselves and even got us extra roomy seats for the return flight. She also arranged car rental and hotel for us, both of which were totally satisfactory. During the process she kept in close touch with us to be sure everything went well. Even after our return when we noticed a mistake in the billing for the rental car, she cleared it up quickly. I would highly recommend her services.
