Theses guys do good repairs in a very timely manner. I took several blinds from a rental unit that were pretty abused and they came back looking new. Great job!

I had to thank my property manager for telling me Emerald Installations can do warranty repairs for Hunter Douglas blinds. It did not cost me a dime, Emerald Installations take care of everything for me. Save me from shipping to the east. Great service.
Hi all. I took 4 blinds in to Emerald to get the cords replaced. I went to Emerald because of there quick turnaround time. I was quoted a price but then it was changed as the woman discovered that they were of a different design from her initial inspection. I found the service both on the phone and in person a little abrupt but was not overly concerned. I was quoted 3-4 days to repair. I took them in on a Monday and by Friday had not heard from them. I called and was advised I was called and that they had left a message. I checked my phone and finding I had no message and no incoming calls from them. I went in to pick up the blinds and was told they could not repair one of them. I advised that it was part of a pair going in the same window so one without the other was not helpful. Normally you would expect some sympathy for your plight but none was offered. I asked her what cell number she had so I could confirm she had dialed the correct number and I was very sternly told "It was the number you gave me" also reiterating she "always" calls. We confirmed she had the correct number. I am writing this review because I to am in the customer service business but felt this company/person had no such skills. As mentioned I went there because of their turnaround time, I had called the blind manufacturer (Levolor) but it would take about 3-weeks with shipping. From Levolor I could have had all 4 blinds repaired for under 200.00 including shipping but instead I paid 300.00 for three blinds and one of the repaired blinds is of no value. I have yet to hang the blinds but i suspect that the repairs are probably as good as the service. As always it's buyer beware. I am making you aware.
