The entire Veloxpress team has been amazing, particularly during the COVID-19 lockdown. A few friends and family recently purchased several bikes and Michel at Velo has gone out of his way to service the bikes and provide excellent service. I know this is a challenging time for them, and I want to thank them for excellent service and care for our new bikes. Will recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a new bike!

Let's see where to start? They couldn't be bothered to spell my last name correctly no matter how many times I spelled it for them, they just talked over me. Then they filled out an incorrect work order when I asked for two new tires on rims and a tune up. They didn't properly taper the brake pads - they still squeak - and gave it back to me with missing valve stem caps (seriously, how hard is that part?). Then thanks to the incorrect work order the manager thought I hadn't paid enough and called me later to ask for more money. (the clerk had corrected it at the cash when I paid but didn't document that or correct the work order). Never once did I hear them say sorry or ask what they can do to satisfy me. The techs they use can't be more than 12yrs old and the products and services they offer are way over priced for their commitment (or lack thereof) to customer service. Avoid this place if you can.
