My son waited over 3 weeks to hear back from this establishment. After waiting, my son decided to call them. They were very rude over the phone and laughed at my son, telling him that its his loss for waiting and that they are busy and don't have time to talk over the phone. They told him they charge 150/hr. and to come pick up his computer and go somewhere else if he had no patience for them. I told my son to stay calm and look somewhere else. Staying calm, my son found another place. I suppose, everything happens for a good reason. We found a place in Osgood, he was very patient and professional, he also offered to pick up the computer for no extra charge and only charged 50/hr.

I got the best service on March the 5th, it was excellent and fast, fixed all my computer issues. I was ready to go out and purchase another computer but the tech said no this is a great computer. I was so happy that he was able to tell me this and not try to sale me something I did not need. They are still honest people. Thank you thank you for the wonderful service and honestly.

First time dealing with Castor Technologies this weekend and won't be the last, very impressed with the service they offered. Eric (the owner, very passionate guy) and his team were able to correct the issue on my laptop quickly enough so my son could resume his online school on the following Monday, even if I mentioned we were going to figure it out if he took a few extra days. He also took the time to explain every details, terms and costs until I fully understood. That to me is quality service that deserves recognition. I'm glad I encouraged local, our community businesses have lots to offer!

I called them looking for an audio splitting cable for my subwoofer. Spoke with someone briefly and they asked me to send some pictures. I sent some and he responded very quickly letting me know that the splitter was not required as the sub is single channel and the split inputs are just connected internally. I connected it with a cable I had on hand and works great!

I recently brought my PC into getting looked at because it kept randomly shutting its self off. I dropped it off with no rush to receive it back quickly, even though I paid for the after hours service fees. I was contacted the same day my PC went in and was told what the issue was and was told they were going to run more test, and I was more then happy to allow them to do so. 11 days went by with no word from them and like I said, I wasn't in a rush, I stopped by and my PC was actually completed after the day I brought it in. The staff were more then apologetic to myself for not notifying myself that it had been completed, and reduced my bill that I owed them miraculously. I will definitely be bringing my computer back when the time comes, because they went above and beyond, even allowing me to bring my computer back in and switch my RAM for no additional cost. They are awesome, and definitely deserve a 5-star rating.
