The best VISA experience so far, the interior environment is calm and quiet, the staff is really friendly and helpful, no appointment is needed, press the doorbell they will let you in. The process is explained clearly and frustration-free. You will get a phone number and email for querying your application. When you call the number, there’s a real person answer you question, give you the status. I actually got my VISA back one day earlier, really appreciate.
