The staff at this store are very friendly and helpful. We recently brought our cat here for a rabies/microchip clinic and I was very impressed with the helpfulness of the store manager when it was our turn. We were nervous about the process and she offered to hold our cat for us during the immunization. We will come here again.

Had an awesome experience yesterday: instantly I was warmly welcomed by Shandi at the front. Her and another younger blonde lady who I did not catch her name spent a lot of time with me picking out a cat condo. Their knowledge and honest opinions helped me pick the perfect one. I left the store feeling so good, they actually made my day. Thank you for hiring such caring staff!
