We had an emergency situation (sewer blockage) at a very challenging family time. CJ Brubacher Ltd. responded to our call immediately. They were courteous, dedicated and thorough. Their staff went above what anyone could expect. Adam stayed late on a Friday evening desperately trying to resolve the problem. We found their staff (Adam of course, Geoff, Mike and Jake) to be respectful, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Throughout the long and difficult repair they kept us informed and were able to advocate with the Township on our behalf. We feel they provided exceptional service and would not hesitate to recommend them for large or small plumbing repairs.

We have used Brubacher for several years to maintain our old furnace. They were always professional and reliable. In an emergency, however, they were outstanding. The old furnace finally broke down on a Thursday in mid-December They came right away.. Two days later they installed a new furnace. The team that installed it were absolutely great! They were on time, thorough, friendly and professional.. I was very impressed and would highly recommend this. company
Chris has been here a couple of times with regards to plumbing issues with a property that we just purchased. Alex came with him the second time to deal with a gas problem. These guys were very prompt, efficient knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. They went above and beyond each time. It's so refreshing to get great no hassle service!! Brubacher's is awesome. Called at 6 am and left a message that my furnace wasn't working properly. In a few minutes Krista called me back apologizing that she didn't answer the phone right away. By 7 am, Alex had arrived from Kitchener (wonderful young technician) and I had heat again by 8 am. He gave me a full explanation as to what had happened and checked my furnace over completely and made some adjustments while he was here. It gives a person peace of mind to know that you can be up and running again in no time with the expertise and professionalism of the employees at CJ Brubacher. I totally recommend this excellent business and it is a comfort to know it is right in your own home town. Thank you Krista and Alex!
I have used CJ Brubacher for plumbing work multiple times. I have always been impressed with the service from start to finish. Most recently Adam came to investigate a leak and replace a faucet. He was extremely professional and seemed to genuinely care about fixing the problem.
