The selection of guns is amazing, the knowledge of laws and up coming laws was outstanding. I my girlfriend perches her fist handgun today from them and it was great to see how they took 2hrs to explain everything and show her the best gun for her. She is short and has small hands hard to find a gun to fit but the they found one for her. Amazing place will go back

Recently made an online purchase from Ellwood's on a Saturday evening. Easy enough, but a ridiculous shipping cost for a small plastic part. Went to add something afterward, and no way to do this online so talked to shipping early monday and was told that I would have to do another order and again pay the full shipping cost, twice the cost of the item so just left it. Item I ordered initially arrived on time but not what I was looking for, called and received little help. So my last purchase from Ellwood Epps...
I bought a used rifle deemed to be in 'VERY GOOD,' condition, but upon finally taking out to shoot, it appears that the internal magazine doesn't actually seat more than one round. The only response is to bring it back, but I would've expected it have simply worked. Do not roll the dice on used firearms here. *EDIT: IT LOOKS LIKE THIS HAS HAPPENED BEFORE HERE WITH OTHER CUSTOMERS*
