The worst customer service. The sales girl was not interested in helping and I felt that I was bothering her. I had something in mind but she cut me off and pretty much told me to pick something that they had in the showroom. She was not interested in what I was looking for.

We are from Alberta and ordered an Elite sectional through a furniture store. We had to have specific measurements to fit our small area and Elite made the couch we loved to fit the area.
