This sellers ads are misleading. They are offering various sizes of rugs for a specific price in order to lure customers into their store. When confronted, they acted as though thats not what was advertised and very rude in the process. The store attendant clearly told my husband that is how they get customers into the store and when I called the owner, he was very defensive and rude. Instead of making things right, he hung up the phone on me. When called out for what he was doing, his only response was that I was trying to "blackmail him". False advertising is wrong, there is no blackmailing there. Avoid at all cost, spend your money somewhere else. this is the ad- VERY MISLEADING #Area Rugs #Sale by wholesaler, first time open to public for limited time. Select any area rug from attached pictures for 89 only. Completed a transaction with this business. Had an allergic reaction when I brought the item home. Seller didn’t communicate no refund policy. So I’m face with throwing out item and losing the money spent or giving rug away. No service after transaction was completely. Go to an official store and save your time hassle of dealing with a business without proper procedures to take care of customers. Definitely one of the worst experiences.
A local flooring store has sent us there to select the designs and check the materials, we have been looking for rugs since june 2019 but could not find any eye catching one but these guys have gorgeous designs and colors and provided Excellent Service to us and helped us finalize three beautiful rugs for our home. thank you SDN guys
