One of my favourite places on earth.
Great rustic cottages run by a friendly and fun family of original Canadian settlers who have lived on this land for several generations. Situated on the Rideau Canal, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, you can enjoy boating, paddling, swimming, excellent fishing and historic walks or go for a leisurely hike/mountain bike on the Cataraqui Trail through stunning wilderness. There is no shortage of things to do...or just chill by the water in the sun.
