Element is fabulous. To date, we have had an air conditioning unit installed, two high efficiency furnace cleanings / fixes and a high efficiency hot water tanked fixed. Whether your are a commercial or residential customer, Element can get it done. Element employees were professional, tidy and worked with our schedule to stay on top of the job. They completed their work quickly and let us know everything about what they were installing or fixing, so we didn't have to wonder. I would highly recommend their services.

Took 4 hours to do a simple 15 min job. Disappeared for 1.5hrs to \get the part\. Won't quote the job and takes your credit card number prior to sending their employees. Clearly taking advantage of an unquoted job and no respect for the customers time. Absolute nightmare. Call someone else.
