We left the big names for Element Elevators and have never looked back. Element Elevators is sensitive to the nature of our business and their response time is outstanding. They are honest, trustworthy, reasonable, and exceptionally reliable. The customer service is exceptional, and their team is knowledgeable. Our residents and staff here at Casa Dolce Casa cannot thank them enough! The elevator is an essential component of our operation and we are very confident that Element Elevators has our best interest at heart. We have one single elevator. You can imagine how it was when it was down for weeks!!!!!! We wish we had gone to Element Elevators a long time ago.

Ever since our building started being serviced by Element Elevators, the service has been high quality, efficient and completely professional. It is the complete opposite of the previous service provider (Thyssen Krupp). There has never been any delay in service for our elevators, they have never been non-operational. We are so impressed with Element Elevators, we are trying to have them service other buildings, however they are currently out of their current service territory - I hope they expand soon!
Neglects to even return phone calls.
