Staff was very friendly when dealing with them while purchasing. However, if you purchase something and it doesn't work they will not take it back. I tried to return a pack of dimmer switches that did not work with my LED lights and they would not take it back because the package was opened. They never told me they could not be returned and this was only 4 days after I made the original purchase. Had I gone to a big box store this would be taken back no questions asked.
