Frank the man who fixed our dryer was very helpful and professional in fixing our dryer. Other people may have tried to fix things that needed no fixing just for more money but he was honest and reasonable. We had a problem with the heating element and Frank was able to identify the problem quickly while eleminating other potential problems. This is the second time we have gotten Frank's help and he did not disappoint us. Fixing our current dryer saved my family from having to make a more expensive purchase of a new dryer. So in other words Frank is amazing.
Very honest. Called and when I advised my tv screen display wasn’t working but there was still sound. Right away he told me it would be 80-90% the cost of a new tv. As the tv is already 12 years old, it made sense just to buy a new one. I greatly appreciate the honesty and will definitely continue to work with them in the future.
