He said he'd give me a screen protector for 10 - which was really nice. I also offered to pay a bit extra for putting on the phone for me. I ended up paying 16.93 which was not really what I was expecting and a bit annoying because I did not go in there wanting one, and was not looking to spend close to 17 going in. I was just picking up a package. I feel like I was taken advantage of as a customer, as the screen protector is way off center and just not a good job done. Disappointed - and never going back. Always agree on a price beforehand, I certainly learned my lesson.

I've been to several phone repair places and they've always overcharged for services. They are very reasonable and fair individuals. My mom's phone had a slight problem, the gentleman didn't charge anything for that. Their cases, glass protectors are also reasonably charged. Family and I have always felt we were treated correctly and never ripped off.
