Great service and great price. I bought a screen protector for my Samsung J3 Prime--a model I've had trouble finding correct accessories for. This guy had the right size piece, and he applied it carefully and neatly. I was in and out of the store in 5 minutes, and it only cost 10 including tax--a fraction of what I paid last time at the Koodo kiosk. Would definitely recommend.

Super bad place! It took more than a week to them just to tell me that my phone had no way to be fixed. They don't reply calls, messages, anything. They couldn't even find the phone i gave them! They asked me to come back the next day for it, and then i took it and left. Super bad attention, super bad result. Not recommended at all. Don't waste your time.

Stay away from this place if you can. I passed by to ask about RAM memory cards for my laptop and I was bounced from one employee to another, one of them was talking on the phone, mostly BS and sent me to the owner, who kept me waiting for almost three minutes without even saying a word or acknowledging my presence while he fixed his PC that was crumbling down. Behind him there was a girl with a hair blower applying heat to boxes so the price labels could be erased. I suspect the parts they sell are all used and are bought by the bulk from companies that sell scrap electronics. The employees do not seem to care about the customers and have ZERO interest in serving the customers. One visit was enough for me, I was so annoyed that I decided to post this review, including the photo

Make sure you ask for the price of items before you agree to buy anything here. My 3 sheets of black and white letter size printing cost me a 1.25 (41.67 cents per page, really???) Because I didn't ask about the price before I printed the employee at the till decided to take advantage of the situation and rip me off. Congratulations, you earned 50 cents more but lost a customer who will definitely not be coming back.

Worst experience ever!! Went in for a screen replacement on an iPhone 6s Plus. Got the phone back and I noticed my earpiece wasn’t working. It was working fine before the screen change so I figured they might have just missed something putting the new screen on. Went back and they said they would fix it. 4 days and multiple times going back for my phone they said it wasn’t their problem, I must have broken it and they couldn’t do anything. They even tried giving me back my phone with a screw missing!! After a 45 minute discussion, they finally refunded half the price of the screen repair and gave me my phone back. After I left I noticed that now not only the earpiece wasn’t working but both cameras didn’t work either!! An absolute mess. I went to a proper shop afterwards (uBreakiFix) and they fixed everything in 5 minutes. Don’t bother going here, go to professional, you’ll save lots of time and energy.

I did repair my cellphone recently, I find out that this place is very good. many variations in parts, good employees and professional cellphone repairing skills. I send cellphone here around dinner time, and it is ready to pick up at morning the next day.
