I love the nostalgic feel of this theatre. Auditoriums are tiny, ads shown before the movie are old school. It's not just a movie, it's an experience. Great customer service. We ended up talking to the staff while we were waiting for the after credits scene. They definitely seem to like their jobs which is nice to see. Will definitely be back when I'm in Toronto again.

Cool place, cool employees, but... washroom could be more clean.

The customer service is really awesome, a lot of the sold-out movies are usually available here, they keep the place clean oh, it's got a really cool vintage feel as it's still independently owned and they still do that Tuesday discount that some theaters have stopped doing. They have two large theaters and two baby theaters which are adorable and very intimate and fun to watch movies and also. Love this place, it's like a Hidden Gem

Very unfortunate to hear that they closed and so suddenly. Was just there a few weeks ago and would catch a film there quite often. Charming place, very friendly service and good movies. The hot dogs were great and you couldn't beat the nostalgic feel. Sadly places like this won't exist much longer as the condos take priority over a city's history. Honest Eds was just the start. Goodbye Humber, thanks for creating many memories for me and my son.

The Humber Cinema is a neighbourhood gem. It is the kind of authentic theatre which has become a rarity in the era of multiplexes. The cinema is decorated in vintage movie posters and neon lighting reminiscent of the 1970s. The sound and picture quality are extraordinary and there is no need to sit through the 15 minutes of commercials which are played at Cineplex Odeon. Instead, you can enjoy the film in beautiful vintage auditoriums and support a local business - we loved seeing Captain Marvel here and will definitely come back soon! Also right next to Jane station making it convenient for subway travel.

Great to see an independent still going strong. Aside from hot dogs, pop, and candy, non of the amenities of the big cinemas. The seating is tight for adults as this is an old theatre. But great to support local, especially if you live in the neighbourhood and don't have to worry about parking.

Amazing customer service and very clean theatres. Picture and sound quality are great! Would have given five stars, but there are no arcade games!! Please bring some back at least! Pac man? Pinball? Anything!

Love this theatre! Lots of history and charm, great staff, good movies, friendly people. We always have a great time at the Humber Cinemas. It's always clean, the popcorn is tasty and prices very reasonable. Convenient location just across from Jane subway station. Support one of the few remaining independent theatres!
