I used PEMF device for a 3-month period for wrist (gym injury) and ankle (sore ligaments) problems. Ankle ligament soreness was eliminated in approx. first 30 days (daily treatment), while wrist injury took longer to heal. Also tried to alleviate pain in big-toe arthritic joint, however, this was not successful.
