After having spent more than 2 weeks trying to contact other plumbing companies in the area, I was very impressed with the fact that McGrath Plumbing was the only plumber in our area that was/is open on Saturdays. Not only was my phone message returned the same day, but he was also out to take a look and assess the problem the same day. While other plumbers weren't interested in providing service to me because they were \too busy\ and my job wasn't worth their while, this plumber fit me in, to his already busy schedule and returned within a couple of days, to complete the job, as soon as he had the correct part. I was impressed and relieved by the speed in which they finished the repair, making all the necessary arrangements to have the town shut off the water etc. while the work was completed. The apprentice that assisted, was polite, confident, friendly and knowledgeable. I was very pleased and impressed with their great service and would readily recommend them.
