Mike is our diagnostic trainer through NAPA, as he trains dozens of techs at each class. Even through this pandemic I had a 2019 Dodge Caravan with some serious electrical problems; called Mike up when we were stumped and within an hour he helped diagnose the vehicle and we were able to rectify the problem ! I absolutely recommend Mike for any of your auto repair needs !

I've been using Mike and his team at The Auto Prof for the better part of 20 years now for all automotive repair and I won't use anyone else. Fast, dependable and best still, honest work from some true professionals. If you need work done and you're leery of the dealers and more shady elements of the automotive industry, Mike and team are a breath of fresh air.
The Auto Prof team did amazing work on my car. Turned it from old to almost brand new, and I was involved every step of the way. These people care about whether you leave happy or not and aren't just looking for a quick buck. 10/10
Super fast, honest, and inctedibly well priced. When things went sideways with my trusty red steed, they had it in and repaired in an extremely timely manner. Mike even took the time to explain everything to me, show me pictures, as well as any future recommendations. Can't recommend this place enough.

We have been long time customers of Mike's. He's taken excellent care of my vehicles for nearly twenty years. He is honest, explains things clearly and gives it to you straight. One of the first men who took the time to explain what was wrong with my car and as a woman that was huge for me. He even showed me the warn out parts so I understood what was going on. When my husband's fishing boat motor started giving him problems we called Mike and he ordered the parts, repaired it and had him back on the water in no time. The Auto Prof team promptly diagnosed and fixed our cars' serpentine belt. The turn around time was astounding. They are extremely professional and pleasant to deal with.
I have been using Mike for more than 15 years. His level of expertise and knowledge on the various cars and trucks over this period has helped greatly. He focus on service, quality and cost is reassuring each time we have brought our vehicles to his center. He has serviced everything from an old GMC diesel truck to our newer Toyota Tacoma and our old Highlander. Basically, he services them all, Domestic an foreign. Most often, Mike will quote based on a choice of parts with his recommendation on quality and taking into account warrantee as well. He tracks the parts used and if down the road other work is required, and parts that he put on are warranted, he will not screw around and will ensure they are replaced accordingly. Now that both my kids are driving their own vehicles, Mike's reputation has them now having their vehicles serviced by him. I know that if I need something done I will continue to use him. He keeps himself up-to-date on technology and willingly offers his advice.
